Smash and Sizzle

Smash & Sizzle, a brand-new food concept, specializes in crave-worthy smash burgers, sizzling sides, and classic American comfort food with a twist—all prepared with purpose. Smash & Sizzle is a collaboration between Stock + Grain and Providence Restaurant and Catering, the award-winning social enterprise of Second Harvest Food Bank of Northwest NC. Core to this collaboration, Providence’s Executive Chefs have developed the unique concept, menus and recipes for Smash & Sizzle. The Executive Chef’s will also manage the overall operation of the business.
